Return and refund

  • To return your product, contact: art.sades@gmail.com
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • (If the product packaging arrives in poor condition; you must capture its condition with photo or video on your mobile device before opening the package and attaching the multimedia content to the email.)
  • Once we receive and inspect your request, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved or denied your refund.
  • If your return is approved, instructions will be sent to you by email.
  • Once the product is returned, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Shipping and return costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

FOR PRINTED ARTICLES AND OTHERS THAT ARE NOT ORIGINAL WORKS OF ART.

Our policy lasts 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care items
