Please note that all shipping times mentioned below are approximate and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping times :
1. Oil on canvas/wood artwork:
For customers outside of Mexico who have purchased oil on canvas/wood artwork, please expect a shipping time of approximately 2 to 3 weeks. We are proud to offer you a box that ensures the safe transportation of your artwork. This extra care and attention to packaging may contribute to a slightly longer shipping time. Please rest assured that we prioritize the security and integrity of your purchase during transit.
2. Watercolors and drawing:
For customers outside of Mexico who have purchased drawings and similar items, please anticipate a shipping time of around 2 weeks. While we strive to handle these items with the same care, packaging requirements are typically less complex than those for oil on canvas artwork. Therefore, the shipping process for these items usually takes less time.
3. Shipping within Mexico:
Customers within Mexico can expect their orders to arrive a few days earlier than the estimated shipping times mentioned above. This means shipping can take around 2 weeks.
Note: Estimated shipping times count from when the product has been received by the local shipping company.
Condition of the item when shipping: Consult and read the description of each item before making the purchase, keep in mind that some works are sent without a frame.
Order Tracking :
